From the beginning, she's been very open, honest, positive, and full of ideas that ultimately brought our new kitchen and entertainment space to life. 3D renderings early in the design process helped us see what the new space would look like. Her pre-construction checklist kept us organized so we knew "next steps" and design decisions we needed to make. She had blue prints ready for the sub-contractors and was always checking in on construction progress to ensure the vision was coming to life as expected. What a fantastic experience we had with Rachel and her team throughout the renovation of our home. We had a small budget to work with on a complete kitchen renovation. It was hard to know if spending the money on a designer was going to be worth it but with the space we had, I needed that extra help. I have to say that hiring Rachel as our designer was truly the best investment we made! Rachel is absolutely amazing. She not only has ideas that we would not have come up with, but she has the knowledge to know when things just are not going to look good and offered better options. I spent months looking in kitchen design groups for insight and saw that a lot of people had either made critical oversights in their renovation or their designers did things that ended up not working for them. I had ZERO issues with our design. It all came together, and it is perfect. Rachel and her staff make the whole process easy. I never felt lost and if I had a question, even if it seemed like a silly question, it was answered promptly and with kindness. Rachel was wonderful about letting me know if a price I had found for things was in range or to look elsewhere. She had knowledge about what companies to use and had referrals for things we needed at logical costs while still getting the best quality. She never tried to push me towards things I could not afford or that I did not like. Rachel listens to what you say and helps you turn something you cannot even envision into the space of your dreams. I have friends that have seen our completed kitchen that comment that they spent more than we did on our project, and they did not get a final product that looks as beautiful.
